By practising, you can get better at saying them, and this will help you speak more clearly.

They are fantastic for actors, because when you're performing, speaking clearly and pronouncing words properly is very important!

Different sounds exercise different parts of your mouth, so you will probably find some harder to say than others.

You should try and say each tongue twister as fast as you can while still being clear.  Repeating them over and over makes it more challenging.  You will find that if you keep practising, you will get better and better at saying them quickly without mistakes.
